    I am Sifu Nelson Mendez. I was trained by Paul Vunak in the mid 1980's. I have trained and taught Jeet Kune Do ever since.

    Jeet Kune Do is about getting home safe. Our studios are selected to best suit this criteria.

    Jeet Kune Do is about getting home safe. Our studios are designed to best achieve that purpose. Since the training is unlike most martial arts so are our studios.

    Jeet Kune Do is an evolution of Wing Chun Kung Fu. Started around 1965 by Bruce Lee.

    Jeet Kune Do is the forerunner of MMA, started like around 1965 by the legendary Bruce Lee. It has been called Scientific street fighting.

    Classes

    Adult Classes

    I can almost say we specialize in adult self defense classes. You will find them unique experiences.

    Self Defense

    Come try an intro class for just $35

    Jeet Kune Do was created for one purpose and one purpose only. To win confrontations. To be prepared for whatever may come.

    Wing Chun

    Two intro classes for $50

    Is a highly popular form of Kung Fu. Widely regarded as the most effective form of Kung Fu. Wing Chun is the foundation of Jeet Kune Do. You will learn Wing Chun at our school.

    Children Classes

    It is a beautiful thing to see a child evolve from knowing absolutely nothing to becoming a competant martial artist. If you truly want your child to be able to defend himself than you are looking at the right place.

    Kung Fu

    Two intro classes for $50

    Kung Fu is the predecessor of all martial arts. It is a more ancient art form and a more complete system.

    Jiu Jitsu

    Jiu Jitsu has become a highly popular form of martial arts because of the UFC. In Jeet Kune Do not only will you learn Jiu Jitsu, but you will train in various other forms of Grappling as well.
